En esta ocasi\u00f3n<strong> Fuerte El Rompido ha sido sede del programa Acceder de la Fundaci\u00f3n Secretariado Gitano<\/strong>, gracias al que un total de 15 alumnos han realizado pr\u00e1cticas de formaci\u00f3n para el empleo en las instalaciones del hotel. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\">Los alumnos de este curso han recibido formaci\u00f3n en competencias relacionadas con las funciones indispensables en un hotel: <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\">Pisos, Restauraci\u00f3n, Cocina, Spa y Mantenimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rsc.fuerte-group.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/DSCN0154.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12060\" alt=\"RSC \" src=\"https:\/\/rsc.fuerte-group.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/DSCN0154.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"420\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\">El objetivo de este plan de intermediaci\u00f3n laboral es conseguir la incorporaci\u00f3n efectiva de la poblaci\u00f3n gitana al empleo, un \u00e9xito en el caso de Fuerte Hoteles, ya que 5 de los alumnos han conseguido un trabajo en el establecimiento de Fuerte El Rompido, Cartaya (Huelva), y otros tres m\u00e1s en empresas del mismo sector, colaboradoras tambi\u00e9n del Programa de Empleo Acceder. Concretamente desde <strong>Fuerte Hoteles han contratado a una persona para el Centro de Hidroterapia y Spa, dos para el Departamento de Pisos, mantenimiento y un \u00faltimo para Cocina.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rsc.fuerte-group.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/RSC-Rompido-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12015\" alt=\"RSC Rompido (1)\" src=\"https:\/\/rsc.fuerte-group.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/RSC-Rompido-1.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"420\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\">Desde la<strong> Fundaci\u00f3n Secretariado Gitano han querido agradecer \u201cel buen trato recibido durante estos meses, ya que ha sido muy f\u00e1cil trabajar con El Rompido<\/strong> y nuestros chicos han estado muy contentos y motivados, eso ha sido m\u00e9rito de Fuerte Hoteles\u201d, aseguran desde esta entidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rsc.fuerte-group.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/DSCN0196.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12061\" alt=\"DSCN0196\" src=\"https:\/\/rsc.fuerte-group.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/DSCN0196.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"420\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><b>Responsabilidad Social Corporativa<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\">Una vez m\u00e1s y dentro del programa de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa de Fuerte Hoteles, la cadena con sede en Marbella apuesta por la integraci\u00f3n de los colectivos m\u00e1s desfavorecidos. Bajo el slogan <strong>\u201cCuidamos del medio ambiente y de las personas\u201d<\/strong>, esta empresa 100% andaluza lleva m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os luchando por un turismo sostenible que refleja en su memoria de RSC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\">Tanto es as\u00ed que durante su dilatada experiencia en el sector tur\u00edstico, son muchos los reconocimientos que la cadena ha recibido por esta labor de integraci\u00f3n social. Por citar algunos ejemplos, Fuerte Hoteles ha recibido a lo largo de su historia premios como <strong>\u201cMejor Entidad Responsable\u201d por parte de la Diputaci\u00f3n de M\u00e1laga, donde destacaron su <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,serif;\"><strong> \u201capuesta por el turismo responsable entendido como calidad, entorno, turismo y personas\u201d<\/strong>.
