This event, forming part of the <strong>programme of activities<\/strong> organised to celebrate Huelva&#8217;s election as the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huelvacapitalgastronomica.com\/\">Spanish Capital of Gastronomy<\/a>, coincides with the launch of the celebrity chef\u2019s new book \u201c<strong>Mise en place<\/strong>\u201d this morning at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.andalucia.org\/en\/meetings-and-congresses\/huelva\/convention-centers\/palacio-de-congresos-casa-colon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Casa Col\u00f3n<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_34328\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-34328\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-34328 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/rsc.fuerte-group.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/gurumelos.jpg\" alt=\"Gurumelos\" width=\"640\" height=\"475\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-34328\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Gurumelos<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For the occasion, the head chef of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fuertehoteles.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fuerte Group Hotels<\/a>, <strong>Ladislao F\u00e9lix Comins<\/strong>, selected a unique <strong>dish<\/strong> created using <strong>products<\/strong> from the <strong>Huelva <\/strong>region, whose <strong>Japanese cuisine fusion<\/strong> will tickle the taste buds of all the guests. The dish is \u201c<strong>Mackerel, Iberian Cuttlefish and Wild Mushroom Dashi<\/strong>\u201d. According to the Andalusian hotel chain\u2019s chef, this speciality \u201c<em>combines fish found in our local El Rompido market, prepared using the traditional ancestral salazon technique from our region, with cuttlefish and an Iberian twist provided by cured ham.
