The activities programme includes the \u201cSoleo Chefs Party\u201d gala dinner with creations by 4 of the best head chefs at Fuerte Group Hotels, <\/strong>along with other well known top class chefs;\u00a0 and 4 \u2018masterclasses\u2019 about Andalusia\u2019s most traditional products that have also been used to create a commemorative suggestions menu.<\/strong><\/p>\n

27 March 2018. It’s been one year since the beach club restaurant Soleo Marbella<\/a> opened its doors opposite the Fuerte Marbella<\/strong> hotel, right next to Marbella\u2019s pretty seafront promenade, and its managers have decided to celebrate with an interesting culinary weekend<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u2018Chefs party\u2019 gala dinner<\/h2>\n

Events to mark the occasion will kick off on Thursday 5 April<\/strong> at 9 pm<\/strong> with an exclusive private gala dinner<\/strong>, with space for just 50 people. With the name \u201cSoleo Chefs Party\u201d, it will include some of the best known creations<\/strong> by Alexis Rocha<\/strong>, chef at Soleo Marbella, as well as by 4 head chefs<\/strong> at Fuerte Group Hotels<\/strong>: Roberto P\u00e9rez<\/strong> (Fuerte Estepona), Rafael Garc\u00eda<\/strong> (Fuerte Marbella), Juan Domingo Flores<\/strong> (Am\u00e0re Marbella) and Javier Barros<\/strong> (Fuerte Conil Costa Luz), who will cook alongside other well-known professionals such as Manuel de Pablo <\/strong>(Alfardos and La Almazara de Carmona), Juan Pablo G\u00e1mez <\/strong>(Los Sentidos and Bamboleo Tapas), Mat\u00edas \u00c1lvarez<\/strong> (Salduna Beach) and Daniel C\u00e1rdenas<\/strong> (Ra\u00edces restaurant, ambassador of Nikkei cuisine in Andalusia).<\/p>\n

After a welcome cocktail<\/strong>, guests will get the chance to savour a tasting menu<\/strong> with dishes and appetisers based on Andalusian products<\/strong>, such as beef, fish and shellfish, vegetables and the famous C\u00e1diz tuna, along with delicious desserts<\/strong> and complete wine pairings.<\/p>\n
