Following the creation in 2015 of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amarehotels.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Am\u00e0re<\/a> brand for marketing hotels recommended for <strong>adults<\/strong>, to differentiate them from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fuertehoteles.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fuerte Hoteles,<\/a> establishments located in Andalusia and aimed at all markets, <strong>Fuerte Group Hotels<\/strong> has just launched a new <strong>brand<\/strong> specialising in <strong>holiday apartments<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oleeholidayrentals.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ol\u00e9e Holiday Rentals<\/a>. The first establishment that will be marketed under this brand will be the one that used to be known as <strong>Fuerte Calaceite<\/strong>, a complex of <strong>rental apartments <\/strong>made up of<strong> 83 units <\/strong>that will be renamed <strong>Ol\u00e9e Nerja Holiday Rentals.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to <strong>Jos\u00e9 Luque Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, managing director of Fuerte Group Hotels: \u201c<em>By creating this new brand we want the guests who stay at our complexes to know right from the start that they are renting high quality apartments, whose rooms have the same standards as those found in our hotels, but without the supplementary services normally found in a hotel. As we had been using the same brand for both types of accommodation so far, some guests staying in Calaceite had doubts about what to expect upon arrival. By separating the two businesses, the expectations that customers have when booking will be completely met when they arrive at Ol\u00e9e Holiday Rentals<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>He went on to conclude: \u201c<em>We wanted to launch this new product, as we haven\u2019t ruled out the idea of adding new units of this type in the future<\/em>\u201d.
