This <strong>personalised experience<\/strong>, which is key to the success of <strong>21st century tourism<\/strong>, forms the basis of the \u201c<strong>Club de Amigos<\/strong>\u201d (Friends Club) loyalty programme of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fuerte-group.com\/en\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fuerte Group Hotels<\/a>. The initiative was conceived in <strong>2013<\/strong> and will end <strong>2019 <\/strong>with approximately <strong>200,000 members<\/strong>, i.e. a <strong>12% <\/strong>increase on the same period in <strong>2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-47649\" src=\"https:\/\/rsc.fuerte-group.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/club-de-amigos-premium.jpg\" alt=\"Club de Amigos Premium, Fuerte Group\" width=\"640\" height=\"420\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And the good news does not end with its considerable <strong>annual growth<\/strong>. &#8220;<strong>Club de Amigos<\/strong>&#8221; has more cause for celebration as it is now putting the finishing touches to the <strong>changes<\/strong> that it will present on <strong>1 January 2020<\/strong>. In this capacity, besides its <strong>new image<\/strong>, which will apply to its <strong>website<\/strong> and to the design of its <strong>electronic communications<\/strong>, its current offer of 4 member<strong> categories will be redefined<\/strong>: <strong>Club Amigos<\/strong><strong> Basic<\/strong>, <strong>Club Amigos<\/strong><strong> Silver<\/strong>, <strong>Club Amigos<\/strong><strong> Gold <\/strong>(formerly Premium) and <strong>Club Amigos<\/strong><strong> Platinum <\/strong>(formerly Premium +), whose <strong>benefits <\/strong>(welcome gift, participation in raffles, late check-out, bottle of cava, free services such as access to the hydrotherapy areas of spas or to the Exclusive Lounge area, concession of upgrades or free dinners, to name but a few) <strong>varied<\/strong> depending on the number of <strong>nights<\/strong> stayed at the various establishments of the chain (1 night, 5 nights, 30 nights and 50 nights). A <strong>new category<\/strong> called <strong>Club Amigos<\/strong><strong> Diamond <\/strong>will also be offered, aimed at the most loyal guests of the company whose stay exceeds 100 nights.<\/p>\n<p>But the biggest <strong>advantage<\/strong> of this <strong>Club de Amigos<\/strong> will be its new <strong>private area<\/strong>, which has been developed using<strong> web app technology<\/strong> (no application needs to be downloaded and it is accessible from any browser) and comes with <strong>3 sections<\/strong>: the <strong><em>home<\/em><\/strong> section, which will provide general information about the program; the <strong>reservations<\/strong> section, where users are able to make reservations, request upgrades and transform the program into their very own<strong> virtual concierge<\/strong> while they are at the hotel, to manage their consumption and chat with reception to request any kind of service; and the <strong>profile<\/strong> section, which is an essential tool as it is used to enter all <strong>preferences<\/strong> with a view to <strong>tailoring<\/strong> the <strong>service<\/strong> offer to the particular <strong>tastes<\/strong> of every person.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-47650\" src=\"https:\/\/rsc.fuerte-group.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/club-de-amigos-basic.jpg\" alt=\"Club de Amigos Basic, Fuerte Group\" width=\"640\" height=\"420\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On the basis of these improvements, \u201c<strong>Club de Amigos<\/strong>\u201d, which will also have an exclusive hotline from 2020 (number: 951 94 69 12), is looking to <strong>increase<\/strong> the <strong>benefits<\/strong> on offer to all its members and to ensure that these members are able appreciate the <strong>great lengths<\/strong> to which the <strong>8 establishments of<\/strong> <strong>Fuerte Group Hotels,<\/strong> located in <strong>Malaga, Cadiz<\/strong>, <strong>Huelva <\/strong>and <strong>Ibiza<\/strong>, are willing to go to maximise their <strong>personalised<\/strong> <strong>relations <\/strong>with all their guests.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The loyalty programme of the Andalusian chain, which is devising a new image for 2020, will end the year with approximately 200,000 members.
