Marbella, le 20 mai 2016 Si les touristes qui vont dans le Sud<\/strong> s’accordent sur une chose, c’est bien sur la recherche du soleil,<\/strong> de la plage<\/strong> et de l’excellente gastronomie\u2009<\/strong>; et parmi les plats <\/strong>les plus sollicit\u00e9s, nous retrouvons le riz<\/strong>, d\u00e9clin\u00e9 selon ses diff\u00e9rentes vari\u00e9t\u00e9s et le salmorejo<\/em><\/strong> (soupe \u00e0 la tomate). Tous deux agissent comme le \u00ab\u00a0yin\u00a0\u00bb et le \u00ab\u00a0yang\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: le premier apportant la texture des grains de riz et la qualit\u00e9\u2009; le second, sa fra\u00eecheur et les saveurs du terroir.<\/p>\n

L’un des endroits o\u00f9 cette triade <\/strong>ravit nos papilles est \u00a0Soleo Marbella<\/a>, un lieu embl\u00e9matique, car situ\u00e9 face \u00e0 la mer, sur la promenade du front de mer de Marbella et appartenant \u00e0 l’h\u00f4tel Fuerte Marbella<\/a>, le second \u00e9tablissement <\/strong>qui a ouvert ses portes dans la capitale de la Costa del Sol<\/strong> il y a presque 60 ans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ce restaurant, tr\u00e8s c\u00e9l\u00e8bre<\/strong> chez les habitants de Marbella et les touristes passant l’\u00e9t\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion, vient de lancer <\/strong>la saison avec un nouveau design<\/strong> qui a su combiner un style moderne<\/strong> avec une d\u00e9coration<\/strong> et des mat\u00e9riaux<\/strong> tr\u00e8s bien assortis avec son cadre\u00a0: la plage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
